Returns
If there is an issue with the order, you are welcome to return it to us in an unused condition. We would appreciate it if you could e-mail us on [email protected] before you return anything.
We aim to process returns within 3 days upon receiving the items back. Your refund will go to your original payment method.
We do not cover return costs. You are responsible for the postage of your return items. It is up to you what method of shipping you choose. Please note that there are delays when shipping with Post Office due to COVID-19, so we will receive the item back later, and therefore will process the return later. If you’d like your return to be processed sooner, we recommend shipping with a courier service.
You are welcome to keep the fabric samples and any leaflets or coupon cards that you may have received complimentary with your order.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of making the purchase unless the order has already been shipped. Any order that has been shipped can no longer be cancelled. If you still don’t need the item, you can reject the delivery and the item will get returned to us. We will issue a refund when we have received the order back.

You are specifically restricted from all of the following:
